EAT BEER at BrauBeviale 2026: Two stands, technology, platform and, for the first time, a product to taste

On 10–12 November 2026, EAT BEER will be at BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, this year at two stands with different focus areas.

Pilot Area | Stand 9-631: Technology and process

In the Pilot Area, everything revolves around the technological side of the EAT BEER solution.

The focus is on how brewers' spent grain and other side streams can be developed into high-quality raw materials for the food industry using biotechnological processes.

Visitors will gain insights into the technology, the processes and the journey from brewery side stream to new raw material.

Hall 10 | Stand 10-343: The EAT BEER Platform

At the second stand, EAT BEER shows the bigger picture: How can technology, production, logistics, partners and markets be connected into a functioning value chain?

The EAT BEER Platform aims to make the upcycling of brewery side streams industrially scalable, bringing together different technologies, site conditions and market requirements.

Hall 10 will also host a premiere: For the first time, visitors can taste a concrete EAT BEER case. Exactly what it is remains under wraps for now.

Meet EAT BEER in person

At BrauBeviale, Lucas Camargo, Jan Malte Nordmann, Dr. Mark Schneeberger and Florian Kelsch will be available for conversations.

If you would like to get to know EAT BEER, talk about specific applications or discuss potential partnerships along the value chain, you can book a personal meeting in advance:
